Music & movement classes are 45 minutes long (weekly) and include songs, rhythmic chants, movement, and instrument play for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and the grownups who love them! These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences -- developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability.  Two  copies of the new CD ("Bells" for Winter) and a new songbook each semester are included, as well as a special guide/DVD about your child's music development for newly enrolled families.  Parent education is a very important part of our program so that you can continue your child's musical education in your home environment.  Most classes are the Mixed Age format (0-5 yrs) for an optimum learning environment.  Class size average is  eight families.  Call Amy Conley (249-9560) to visit a current class and find out why so many parents have called Music Together^® "the best parent-child program we've been enrolled in."
