Payments - Winter 2009
You may pay by check made out to "Music Together of Milford" and mailed to 102 Elm Street, Milford, NH 03055.  Please note child's name and day/time on check.  Due to rising costs, we no longer accept credit cards or Paypal payments, but call Amy if you would like to split up your payments over the first two months.  If your class is starting within five days, you may bring your check to class.   New families add one-time $10 registration fee.  Prorated prices for 8 weeks starting the week of Jan. 5:  ($147 for one infant or child, add $72 for sibling over 8 mths as of Dec. 8, third child or infant sibling under 8 mths are free) will appear on the form that you fill out .

If you decide after the first class that this program is not something valuable for you and your child, you may request a refund excluding a fee for classes attended.  Withdrawals after Week One are settled on an individual basis at the discretion of the director and will include a $40 withdrawal/materials fee plus classes attended (you keep the materials).
